Shipping

I ship orders weekly, but I am willing to accommodate special requests whenever possible. Please contact me to make arrangements if you need an earlier ship date or wish to pay extra for faster shipping.

Items are shipped with Canada Post and include tracking. The tracking number will be provided to you upon shipping. International orders: recipient is responsible to pay any additional duties charges.

Please double check your shipping address at check out to avoid misplaced orders. Thank you.

Care and Repairs

Ceramic jewelry is surprisingly strong. If you take care while wearing and avoid dropping on a hard surface, like marble or a concrete floor, your ceramic jewelry should last a very long time. All ceramic pieces can be cleaned with a slightly damp cloth and shined with a dry soft cloth. Refrain from dampening any textile or leather parts of your jewelry. Please store your ceramic jewelry in a place where its unlikely to be dropped on a hard surface. When traveling wrap in tissue, cloth or bubble wrap and store in a small box to avoid crushing.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available on a case by case basis. Please contact within a week of receiving jewelry for exchanges. Please take note that every one of my designs is one of a kind. Because of this, I do not issue refunds, only exchanges or store credit. Necklaces can sometimes be shortened, but not always. Customer will be charged for shipping on exchanges.

Custom work

Please contact me if you would like a custom order. This works particularly well with earrings, cuff links, lapel pins and brooches, but I am happy to consider custom necklaces as well. Send an email to amy@hereandhere.com.
